American Solar Inc. Announces New Solar Thermal Panel System

Annandale, VA—American Solar Inc. (ASI) announces its development of a solar thermal panel system designed to heat air in government, commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. American Solar's line of innovative products substantially lower the cost and improve the reliability and aesthetics of solar heating.

The American Solar Thermal Panel System is a new class of solar collector based on polymer technology. The Solar Thermal Panels are glazed transpired collectors using polymer mesh material beneath a glazing cover to generate solar heated air.
